These laser cut stencil are ideal for your crafts and DIY projects. This stencil can be used for all kinds of purposes like wall decoration, furniture, baking, craft-art and more. This is a reusable and kids friendly stencil.

Sizing
– Stencil sheet size: A3 – 42 x 29,7cm / 16.5 x 11.7inch

Material
Stencils are laser cut on opal white 0.5mm thick official Mylar plastic. This plastic material is flexible yet extremely durable and suitable for use with all paints. Mylar is food safe and will last for many uses if cared for properly.

Made in Europe
Each stencil is made with love in The Hague – The Netherlands.

Directions for Use
QBIX stencils are perfect for walls, windows, DIY crafts, furniture, fabric, glass etching, chalk painting, craft art, baking, signage, and just about anything paint will stick to.

1. Clean the surface to which you want to apply your stencil.
2. Position the stencil so that the shape is exactly where you want it, and secure with some masking tape.
3. Mask the outside of the stencil if needed – you don’t want to get any spray paint outside of your intended area!
4. Shake your spray can well and paint your work of art. Keep a distance of approximately 15 cm.
5. Gently lift the stencil straight up off your surface.

Store plastic stencils in a cool place out of direct sunlight.

WHO We’re looking for

We’re looking for a Creative Operations Assistant to anchor and elevate operations, balancing essential admin and warehouse coordination with smart systems, automation, and workflow optimisation. This role demands someone tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive — able to keep pace with a growing creative business and ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will be the operational backbone, supporting day-to-day workflow, warehouse management, digital systems, and fulfilLment.
Your work enables the creative teams to focus on their craft while you handle coordination and logistics efficiently.

Wonderwalls

  • Coordinate artist project schedules and timelines

  • Manage communication with artists, clients, and suppliers promptly

  • Transfer project details into planners and Trello boards

  • Coordinate material/equipment orders and follow up on logistics.

  • Support invoicing and artist payments

  • Track deadlines and assist with artist onboarding and documentation

Warehouse & B2B ServiceS

  • Manage order workflows including click & collect and drop-in fulfilLment for B2B clients

  • Respond professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and Instagram

  • Coordinate print and packaging restocks, maintaining accurate stock records

  • Update order statuses and send confirmations promptly

  • Support product launches and maintain organised inventory and order records

  • Perform basic content management for online platforms as required

Proof Printing

  • Support day-to-day print production workflow and customer service

  • Process orders and liaise with suppliers for materials

  • Schedule print jobs and communicate progress to clients

  • Manage dispatch, click & collect orders, and workflow documentation

  • Maintain print studio organisation and stock levels

Object Studio

  • Manage studio inbox and internal communications

  • Schedule meetings, project check-ins, and creative reviews

  • Maintain digital filing and project tracking systems

  • Assist with proposals, reports, and presentation decks

  • Coordinate travel and client meetings

  • Manage subscriptions, licences, invoicing, and timesheets

Found Objects HQ
Warehouse & Operations

  • Oversee warehouse organisation: stock storage, accessibility, and tidiness

  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocks, and liaise with suppliers

  • Handle click & collect and online order fulfilLment accurately and efficiently

  • Streamline packing, labelling, and dispatch workflows

  • Support daily operational tasks including receiving deliveries and quality checks

  • Assist with office and warehouse supplies, equipment maintenance, and general studio upkeep

  • Support digital systems and workflows to optimise operational efficiency

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Solid experience OR understanding in admin, operations, or studio/warehouse coordination
