  • We want you to be happy with your order. Due to the custom nature of our stickers and their tamper-proof material, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

    If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem, whether that means a replacement or refund.

    Since our stickers are made to order and personalised, cancellations or changes can only be accepted if requested before production begins.

    Please double-check your design and order details before completing your purchase, and contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. Once production starts, changes or cancellations are not possible.

  • 1. What are your stickers made from?Our stickers are printed on durable eggshell vinyl that’s tamper-proof.

    2. Can I print full-colour designs?
    Yes! Just make sure to select the coloured sticker option when ordering to get your design in full colour.

    3. Can I order multiple designs in one order?
    Each order supports one design only. Place separate orders if you want different stickers.

    4. Need design help?

    5. I’m not sure which size to choose?
    Check out our template guides to ensure your artwork fits your chosen size.

    6. Will I get a proof before printing?
    Yes, you’ll receive a digital proof to approve before printing.

    7. What file types do you accept?
    We recommend submitting print-ready files in high resolution, ideally in formats like JPEG,  PNG, or PDF to ensure the best print quality.

    8. What’s the turnaround time?
    Orders typically take 1–2 weeks from purchase to dispatch.

    9. Do you offer rush orders?
    We can try to speed things up if you need it. Just reach out after ordering and we’ll see what’s possible.
