1. Pick your shape, size, and quantity
   Select from the standard options, or choose Custom in the drop downs if you’re after something specific.

2. Ordering a custom size or shape?
   Choose Custom in the applicable dropdown, then click Purchase and a short form will pop up. Fill it out with your custom specs or any special requests.

3. Upload your design
   One image per order. Make sure it’s high-res and print-ready.

4. Set quantity to 1
   This just lets us know you’re uploading one unique design per order.

5. Add to cart & check out
   Quick and easy. If it’s a custom order, make sure you’ve completed the form before payment.

6. We print & ship
   We’ll handle the rest. You’ll get tracking once your stickers are on the way.

1. What are your stickers made from?

Our stickers are printed on durable eggshell vinyl that’s tamper-proof.

2. What’s the turnaround time?
Orders typically take 1–2 weeks from purchase to dispatch.

3. Do you offer rush orders?
We can try to speed things up if you need it — just reach out after ordering and we’ll see what’s possible.

4. Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
We handle shipping from NSW. Delivery times depend on your location.

5. Can I print full-colour designs?
Yes! Just make sure to select the coloured sticker option when ordering to get your design in full colour.

6. Can I order multiple designs in one order?
Each order supports one design only. Place separate orders if you want different stickers.

7. Need design help?
After you hit purchase, just let us know in the pop-up form if you want any assistance with your artwork. We’re happy to help with simple design support.

8. Will I get a proof before printing?
Yes, you’ll receive a digital proof to approve before printing.

9. What file types do you accept?
We recommend submitting print-ready files in high resolution, ideally in formats like PNG, PDF, AI, or EPS to ensure the best print quality.

We want you to be happy with your order. Due to the custom nature of our stickers and their tamper-proof material, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem, whether that means a replacement or refund.

Cancellations and Order Changes:
Since each order is custom-made, cancellations or changes can only be accepted if requested before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. Once production starts, changes or cancellations are not possible.

For all other cases, because each order is made-to-order and personalized, we recommend double-checking your design and order details before completing your purchase.
